§ 64. Mr. Dumpletonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made to date with Research Scheme R.106 for research into mental illness and juvenile delinquency in West Africa; and whether any report is yet available.
Mr. Creech JonesThe officer appointed to conduct these researches, Dr. Geoffrey Tooth, recently completed a report on juvenile delinquency in the Gold Coast, which is under consideration in my Department. He is now investigating various forms of mental derangement in that territory.
