§ Mr. BarnesUnder the Railway Control Agreement all revenue receipts and expenses of the controlled undertakings are pooled and clearances between them are not made. Any division of the pooled gross revenue between the main line railway companies and the London Passenger Transport Board would therefore be misleading I shall present a White Paper at an early date giving the estimated pooled revenue receipts and expenses and the resultant net revenue of the Controlled Undertakings for the year 1946.
