asked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether he is now in a position to state when a sub-Post Office will be provided for Sheldon, Birmingham.

If, as I assume, the hon. Member refers to the provision of a Crown Post Office in place of the existing sub-Post Office in Sheldon, I am hopeful that it will be possible to provide such an office about the middle of this year.
