§ Mr. BottomleyIn so far as the British Commonwealth Occupation Force in Japan is concerned, this is primarily a matter for the Australian Government218W since it is they who on behalf of the Commonwealth Governments concerned, adminster the Force; but I know that the Australian Government are aware of the situation and of the need to curb black market activities.
