Mr. McNeilYes, Sir. With the cooperation of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour, a scheme will operate from a date to be announced shortly whereby application forms for these documents will be available for persons calling at the local offices and resettlement advice offices of the Ministry of Labour. At these offices information will be given and the completed forms will be accepted for transmission to the Passport Office or one of its branches. The passport or travel identity cards will be issued and posted direct to the applicant by the Passport Office.
