§ Mr. ShinwellI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to sites for new power stations and would refer him to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Wimbledon (Mr. Palmer) on 12th December, when I outlined the steps taken to expedite procedure for developing these sites.
