§ Mr. BelcherIt is not the policy to prevent the re-establishment of any Japanese industry except on grounds of security, but as stated by my right hon. Friend, the Foreign Secretary, in the Debate on 15th May, steps have been taken to raise wage standards in the Japanese textile industry.
