§ Mr. T. WilliamsTechnical officers of my Department have been in touch with the development of this tractor since March, 1945, and have suggested modifications from time to time. The tractor 41W was examined in detail on 26th February, 1946, and a demonstration seen. It was reported to be satisfactory.
