§ 77. Mr. Charles Smithasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that no communication has yet been made to Mr. F. Sullivan, Colchester, regarding a claim which he has made in respect of alleged damage to his property in 1939, despite the fact that an assurance was given in writing by the right hon. Gentleman's Department to the hon. Member for Colchester, on 20th May, that the matter had now been referred to the appropriate district claims officer and would be carefully considered; and whether he will make a statement.
