Silvermanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why Mr. Chajmoric, who has been applying since last November for the necessary papers to enable him to travel to Belgium to see his brother who is critically ill, and return, has not yet received them, despite the promise made several months ago on this matter to the hon. Member for Nelson and Colne (Mr. S. Silverman).
