§ Dr. SummerskillThe special cheese ration is allowed to certain categories of employees who cannot be provided with canteen or other catering facilities and who are obliged to take a packed meal with them to their work. My right hon. Friend regrets that he is unable to extend the concession to self-employed farmers and market gardeners who can usually180W return home for a midday meal if they wish.
