§ Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Minister of Town and Country Planning whether he will consult the Royal Fine Art Commission regarding both the design of the proposed new power station at Bankside and its suitability for siting on the Thames at this point.
§ Mr. SilkinThe site of the new power station on the south bank of the river has been decided and I do not propose to reopen the matter. The Royal Fine Art Commission will be consulted on the design of the building.
