§ 27. Sir J. Lucasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware that wives of Service personnel serving in B.A.O.R. and who are living with their husbands in Germany, are debarred from having their names placed on the Register of Absent Voters; and if he has now finished his consideration of the Report of the Committee on Electoral Registration and will make a statement.
