CrippsThe trade bodies through which Government surplus clothing is distributed have been asked to ensure that as much as-possible of any surpluses of clothing suitable for industrial workers is sent to industrial and development areas, and in particular all surplus demobilisation clothing is sent to mining areas, including West Cumberland. Perhaps my hon. Friend will let me have any evidence the has received that distribution is not fair.
