§ Mr. BellengerTwo tattoos have been arranged in the British zone of Germany. No plans have been made for further similar displays. The object of these tattoos is to demonstrate publicly the bearing and discipline of our troops and to encourage them to take a proper pride in their training, at the same time avoiding any glorification of modern war.
