§ Mr. A. HendersonAs the members of this Association belong neither to the Secretary of State's Services nor to the Indian Armed Forces, they are not covered by the compensation arrangements set out in Command 7116. As employees of the Government of India they are, however, covered by the guarantee announced by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in his speech on the Second Reading of the Indian Independence Bill.
