§ Mr. TomlinsonI am in touch with my right hon. Friend, the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, regarding the disposal of any surplus educational or technical books that may be handed over to His Majesty's Stationery Office by the Service Departments. They have already released a certain number and over 50,000 of these have been taken over by my Department for use in emergency training colleges.
