§ Mr. MayhewYes. His Majesty's Government do not recognise Monsieur Zaleski's claim to be regarded as President of Poland, nor has his self-styled Government any existence in their eyes. Monsieur Zaleski continues to reside here as a private citizen subject to our laws.
