§ 161. Mr. Hollisasked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether in view of the fact that if a box were provided the postman could collect letters at the time of his daily delivery without any extra labour at all and that without such a box the inhabitants have to walk 2½ miles to post a letter, he will have a post-box placed at West Leaze, near Wroughton, Wiltshire
§ Mr. BurkeWest Leaze comprises eight houses only and the nearest posting-box is less than three quarters of a mile away. I regret that in the circumstances I should not be justified in meeting the hon. Member's request.
