§ 106. Mr. E. Evansasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will now remove the embargo on the transmission of braille letters and literature in the British zone of Germany.
§ Mr. J. HyndThe embargo was raised for German internal postal services, by quadripartite agreement on 15th January. We are now pressing for its removal in the case of international postal services to Germany.
