HyndThe main export which the United Kingdom has received from the British zone of Germany is timber, and quantities of lead, steel scrap, potash and various miscellaneous items have also been imported by the United Kingdom from the zone. Exports to the United Kingdom, and those to other countries help to pay for German import requirements, including food.
