§ 70. Mr. Dumpletonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what rations are allowed to political deportees from Uganda to the Seychelles; if he is aware that the equivalent of only 4½d. per day is allowed to them to supplement their rations; and whether he will make inquiries to ensure that the arrangements for these deportees are humane and satisfactory.
