§ Mr. J. FreemanUp to 13th January 11 British civilians have been killed in accidents involving vehicles driven by prisoners of war. In 10 cases the drivers were exonerated from blame by the coroner. In the other the coroner added a rider that the prisoner of war had been driving too fast: disciplinary action was taken.
