§ 104. Mr. Mitchisonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is prepared to introduce legislation enabling provision in adoption orders or otherwise for the transfer to adopters of the next-of-kin's rights of inheritance to property acquired by adopted children after adoption.
