§ 107. Sir P. Macdonald
asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the delay in the receipt of mail from the United Kingdom by members of His Majesty's Forces at 316 Medloc. C, Transit Camp, C.M.F., and of the loss in transit of parcels sent from the United Kingdom to this camp; and whether he will take steps to remedy this.
§ Mr. J. Freeman
I am not aware of any delay in the delivery of mail or loss of parcels in transit but will have inquiries made if the hon. Member will send me particulars. Mails for the camp are sent daily by the overland route and during the last two months the average time to the base in Austria has been four days.
