§ 72. Sir H. Lucas-Toothasked the Minister of Transport whether any official rule or recommendation has been made regarding priority of movement as between two vehicles converging at a traffic round-about; and if he will consider the desirabiity of laying down the rule that a vehicle entering a roundabout should give way to another vehicle already on the roundabout, or some other rule which can be easily understood and acted upon.
