asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what are the numbers of ratepayers and local government electors in the town of Skegness and the borough of Acton, respectively.

The number of electors in the borough of Acton and in Skegness urban district on the register published in October, 1945, was 46,543 and 7,474, respectively. A return showing the number of electors in each Parliamentary constituency and local government area on the register published in October, 1946, will be published as soon as all the figures are available. Statistics as to the number of ratepayers are not available.
