§ Mr. Prescottasked the Minister of Labour how many operatives in Lancashire cotton mills were unemployed, including those temporarily stopped, in the respective weeks 30th December, 1946, to 4th January, 1947, 6th January to 11th January, 13th January to 18th January, and 20th January to 25th January, 1947; and of such respective numbers how many were unemployed, including those temporarily stopped, owing to shortage of coal.
