10. Mr. Stokes

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether in view of his decision to return to Messrs. Ernst Kuster in Germany eleven of the tools stolen from them, he will give instructions that all tools and processes acquired in like manner by T. Force and B.I.O.S. are to be returned to their rightful owners.

Mr. Mayhew

As I have already informed the House, I am having an inquiry made into the reasons for the removal of these machines. Meanwhile I do not accept the implications of my hon. Friend's question.
