Mr. Heathcoat Amoryasked the Minister of Town and Country Planning if he will now state when the promised White Paper on the Services' Land Requirements will be published; and whether he is aware that the delay in giving effect to settlements provisionally arrived at with the Service Ministries concerned is, in some cases, interfering with the effective use of the land.
§ Mr. SilkinIt is hoped that the White Paper will be published in a few days. As to the second part of the Question, I do not think there has been any avoidable delay.
