§ 67. Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyreasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer why, in view of this country's present liabilities under the Anglo-Belgian Financial Agreement, His Majesty's Government have assumed further liabilities for the provision of Belgian currency under the Anglo-Iraq Financial Agreement.
§ Mr. Glenvil HallThe Anglo-Iraq Financial Agreement does not impose new liabilities on His Majesty's Government, but limits by mutual consent the hard currency commitments which Iraq, a member of the sterling area, will incur during the period of the agreement.
