Member a copy of a Parliamentary statement by my predecessor: [OFFICIAL REPORT, 14th June, 1945, Vol. 411, cols. 1805–8], from which he will see that application forms are to be issued to members of the Forces who seem likely to be entitled to such a payment. I have no reason to think that these arrangements are not working satisfactorily.
