§ Mr. BelcherThe Board of Trade is making every effort to increase supplies of timber. As the hon. Member is aware, the quantity licensed for boatbuilding is a matter for my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, within the total amount allocated to them. I am not aware that suitable timber is not available to meet the licences issued by the Admiralty for boatbuilding but if the hon. Member knows of any such cases I shall he glad to have them examined.
