§ Sir S. CrippsI am aware that a small quantity of officers' Service boots is being offered for sale, coupon free. To facilitate the rapid disposal of surplus goods, it was decided, as announced in the House on 10th July last, that Government surplus clothing bearing identifying marks should be sold free of coupons.
