Mr. Wyatt

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department the number of persons tried at Assizes, the number found guilty and the number acquitted for the following offences: unnatural offences, attempted indecency with males, rape, indecent assaults on females and on girls under 16 years of age, together with the sentences imposed, for the years 1925, 1935 and 1945; and the like information in respect of adults, adolescents and boys tried in courts of summary jurisdiction.
