Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster to what extent tenant farmers in Western Germany are being replaced by relatives and friends of the landowners in such a way as will prevent the owners being affected by any expropriation measures that are in force or may be under contemplation.
§ Mr. J. HyndThere is no such replacement. Under existing German law it is not possible to replace a tenant unless he is mismanaging his farm.
