§ Mr. BelcherNo cotton hosiery is being imported from Hong Kong and the second part of the Question does not, therefore, arise. The last part of the Question is a matter for my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for the Colonies, who, I understand, is making inquiries and will communicate with the hon. and gallant Member in due course.
