Mr. Creech JonesAs regards the first part of the Question I am sending the hon. and gallant Member particulars of the recent increases in salaries of senior posts. As regards the second part of the Question I have already agreed to a general review of the salaries of the Civil Services in East Africa, to start early in the New Year. The effective date of any increases recommended will be considered in connection with the review.
