§ Sir S. CrippsThe recommendations that I had in mind in the reply given to my hon. Friend on 14th October were those for which the first step towards implementation must be discussed with other interested Government Departments. That step has been taken, and discussions are proceeding on, the recommendations numbered 2 to 4, 6, 18, 21 to 24 and 27 to 30, in Appendix II of the Report.
