§ VISCOUNT TRENCHARDasked His Majesty's Government when they propose to publish the remainder of the Official Army History of the 1914–1918 war, and especially the official history of Passchendaele.
§ VISCOUNT ADDISONThe remaining volumes of the Official Military History of the 1914–1918 war will be published as 809WA soon as they have been successively seen through the Press. There are two volumes to be published in advance of the volume on Passchendaele. Of these, one should be published in January, 1947. The second is in the hands of H.M. Stationery Office and the Ordnance Survey. The Passchendacle volume will be printed as soon as progress with the printing of the second volume permits.
