The Solicitor-GeneralIt has not been possible in the time available to segregate the number of possession orders made against tenants of dwelling-houses from those relating to other types of premises.272W The total number of orders for possession made in the Birmingham County Court between 1st October, 1945, and 30th September, 1946, inclusive, of which the orders for possession against tenants of dwelling-houses constitute the great majority is 772. Ninety-four warrants for possession were executed during the same period.
