§ Mr. BelcherI would refer my hon. Friend to the replies given on this matter to the hon. Member for South Portsmouth (Sir J. Lucas) on 6th June and to the hon. Member for Cheltenham (Mr. Lipson) on 22nd July. Extensive inquiries made since have failed to furnish any evidence of evasion of the prohibition on the import of plumage.
