§ Mr. BellengerDelivery of daily papers by air to this Command has already been tried, but was found to be unsuccessful, owing to delays. 20,000 Sunday papers are despatched each week by air and, as4W an experiment, daily papers are now being sent overland. If this proves to be satisfactory the numbers will be increased as required.
§ 81. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for War if there is any prospect of a quicker mail service to C.M.F.
§ Mr. BellengerNo, Sir. Letters to Italy are despatched daily by air from this country and to Austria three times weekly. Second class mail is despatched daily by overland route. Advantage is taken of all available means of transport and speedier services are not considered possible.

- Women's Voluntary Service.
- British Red Cross Society and Order of St. John of Jerusalem.
