§ Lieut.-Colonel Sharpasked the President of the Board of Trade when, and to what extent, it will be possible to increase the manufacture of linoleum and enable the public to obtain supplies without the use of dockets.
§ Sir S. CrippsThe volume of linoleum which can be manufactured at present is severely limited by the supplies of raw materials, principally linseed oil, which are available. There is, unfortunately, a serious shortage of linseed oil, and, until this is aleviated, I am afraid that I can hold out no hopes of any appreciable increase in linoleum production.
