§ Mr. StracheyI should like to fix a minimum standard for ice cream; but I think this must waif until the supply of the necessary ingredients has improved. For one thing I should not like to start with so low a standard as that referred to by the hon. Member and also fat is not the only important ingredient in good ice cream.
