§ 145. Mr. Randall
asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the shortage of winter underwear and knitwear in the shops; and what steps he is taking to increase supplies.

Except for small quantities of non-utility goods specially produced for export, this restriction will remain until I am satis-174W fled that exports can be expanded without hardship to the home consumer.
