100. Mr. Prescott

asked the Minister of Health whether, in the figure of 74,485 new permanent houses under construction by local authorities as at 31st July, 1946, and shown in the Housing Returns for that month, there are included 52 houses under construction by the Turton Urban District Council in 1939 and still not completed.
