asked the Minister of Health why St. Thomas's Hospital still has wards in use and rooms occupied in which the glass has not been replaced and consequently artificial light is constantly in use.

The hospital's application for a licence to enable it to replace glass in certain wards and rooms has already been forwarded with my recommendation for the appropriate priorities to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Works, and I understand that the licence and material certificates have been issued.
