§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will consider the possibility of removing the means test for persons over 55 years of age who, at the date of the passing of the National Health Insurance Act, 1936, were not eligible to join the scheme as voluntary contributors and so get no Old Age Pension until they reach 70 years of age and after undergoing a means test.
