§ Mr. LawsonThere are 1,450 ammunition huts in Oxfordshire containing 10,243 tons of ammunition. There are no detonators, gelignite or gun cotton but there are 647 tons of high explosives of a similar explosive nature. The remainder of the high explosive is in a form not considered dangerous. There are no gas shells or smoke bombs and no poison gas in any form.
